Bhakta Pralhada
Depicting a scene from the story of Bhakta Pralhada the mandal founded in 1970, has Praveen Narvekar. The six feet tall idol of Hiranyakashyapu is shown in an attempt to push Pralhad in to a pot full of boiling oil when Vishnu comes as a savoir and save helps Pralhad. Reshma Gokhale narrates the story to the audience. The beautifully made idols have been created Shri Kumbhar of Kolhapur. The mandal is known for its annual cultural programmes and activities of social awareness.
